David Guthrie is a Masters Swimming Hall of Famer with more than 50 World Records spanning three decades. At age 66, David continues to compete at an elite level while navigating injuries, recovery, and the challenges of training as an aging athlete. Known for his focus on race-pace training and quality over quantity, David has developed a unique approach to staying fast while taking care of his body. He is also an entrepreneur and the creator of Stingray Paddles, bringing lessons from his swimming career and business journey to help others perform better in the pool and in life.
