Bethany Burchill

Bethany Burchill is the Manager of Club & Member Services for U.S. Masters Swimming, where she helps swimmers across the country find clubs, build community, and make the most of their USMS membership. A former collegiate swimmer at Washington & Jefferson College, Bethany competed in the 400 IM, 200 butterfly, and distance freestyle before building a successful career in sports administration. After serving as an athletic director and leading a large youth sports organization, she followed her passion back to the pool by joining the USMS national office. Today, she supports swimmers of every level, from first-time members to world record holders, while also helping clubs grow and thrive.
