Confidence nuggets

  1. First figure out your fears before you can authentically tap into who you are and recognize your “truths.”
  2. Give yourself grace.

  1. When you lack confidence, think about what you do well and celebrate it.
  2. Women have different brains than men -- it’s important recognize this so we can better understand ourselves and the opposite sex.
