Dr. Lily Shapiro, PharmD, is the founder of ATIKA, an evidence-based skin longevity brand built on clinical integrity, therapeutic dosing, and design for real adherence.
She spent the last 15 years in Finance, across major global banks and most recently helped to run a machine-learning hedge fund, where she led operations, compliance, and capital formation.
Lily founded ATIKA to build the category of skin longevity through a systems-based approach to internal skin nutrition. ATIKA’s debut product, Advanced Skin Nutrition, is not just a collagen supplement — it’s an all-in-one foundational formula combining clinically studied ingredients, including collagen peptides, ceramides, and antioxidants with key cofactors to support the biological pathways through which skin ages.
Lily earned her PharmD from Northeastern University and her MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
